HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and identify staffing needs for the EU hiring company.
- Define and set selection criteria to attract and evaluate the best talent.
- Source potential candidates through online channels such as social media platforms, professional networks, and job boards.
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Review and assess candidate profiles, resumes, and contact information.
- Develop clear and compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position’s unique requirements.
- Lead and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation and attract top talent.
- Organize and participate in online job fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach activities, as needed.
- Forecast and plan for quarterly and annual hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar HR/recruitment role.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networking tools.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of different roles within organizations and the specific requirements of each.
