Step ONE

When you are planning to bring a Non-European work force to Portugal, there are several factors to keep in mind.

Step TWO

When you have all above step one information you can send to us by mail.as we run

Step THREE

After receiving all above information from you, you need to allow us 20 to 30 working days. To give you all candidates as per
your requirements. From our, Staffing Agencies in Portugal within 30 days all worker documents will be sent to you.

Step FOUR

  • After receiving all the worker documents, you need to select a candidates list and finally you are ready to hire.
  • Finally select the candidate list you need to send us or inform us. As well as you need to send us all candidates
    A) The declaration of interest for enrolment in the IEFP. B) Promissory contract of employment. C) Registered address in Portugal (housing agreement contract for each worker) D) Term of responsibility form
  • We hope within ten working days you will give us all paper for applying worker Portugal visa in their home country
  • After receiving the original paper from you, we will send it to the worker by DHL or FEDEX in the worker’s home country
  • After receiving the original paper, the worker will apply for a Portugal visa in their home country.
    Approx. 60 working days will be in Portugal and start work with your company.

Step FIVE

  • When workers arrive in Portugal our office team of Immigration and Job Consultancy, will welcome them in
    Portugal airport. And send to your worker your working place. Our office personnel will stay at your workplace with
    workers for two working days. And step-up everything with workers and with your company. Then back to the office.
  • After that you need to do all the below immigration work for all your workers
    (If you need any support we have an expert immigration law team in Portugal they will support you and your team.
    You can pay the direct law team as per law office fees.)
  • According to your visa stamping in your passport by the Portuguese Embassy, your biometric appointment will be scheduled at the AIMA office in Portugal.
  • After completing your biometric appointment at AIMA, you will receive a biometric receipt. Keep that with you. Your TRC will be sent by post to the registered JUNTA address.
  • You will receive your TRC from the AIMA office within 3-4 months after your biometric appointment.

According to your visa stamping in your passport by the Portuguese Embassy, your biometric appointment will be scheduled at the AIMA office in Portugal.

After completing your biometric appointment at AIMA, you will receive a biometric receipt. Keep that with you. Your TRC will be sent by post to the registered JUNTA address.

You will receive your TRC from the AIMA office within 3-4 months after your biometric appointment.
